Step 1: Get Still

Sit somewhere quiet. Close your eyes. Take three slow breaths. The work happens in stillness, not in force.

Step 2: Visualize the Cord

See the cord running from your body to theirs. Don't judge what you see — color, thickness, location, all are information.

Step 3: State the Release

Out loud or internally: "I release this cord with love. I return your energy to you. I call my energy back to me." Mean it.

Step 5: Fill the Space
